Refs were like...wait a minute. Rockets aren't supposed to be winning. Let's call a few ticky tack fouls.

Thank You!!! They've played great since the AS break. I'm bummed by the outcome but tomorrow is a big game. Time to get it going and I'm sure Harden will come to PLAY

Yep, the Hawks are 28-4 at home this year...we play without 2 best players and closer...and its the Coach's fault. Stupid, stupid.

Stop being a loser. Calm down. Fact is the game was there for the taking without Harden. if you feel Atlanta took the game rather than the Rockets losing the game that's your opinion.

Can anyone offer a short summary of the game?

I can tell that the team put up a good effort but did the loss come down to not having a closer in the 4th?

maybe we should have played Prigs down the stretch to generate some offense with PnR.

That's pretty much it. A few bogus calls in the 4th, but we just had no clue what to do on offense late.

Yo, what's the point in playing? Atlanta too good. Best in the L. Rockets should have forfeited. Memphis has a better record than the Rockets we should forfeit that game too.

Rockets played a great 3 quarters. Team ball, lots of passing, unselfish play.

Built a 15 point lead in the 4th

    Couldn't protect the lead

    No closer

    Refs suck

Right. Bev wasn't really hitting his shots tonight or holding Teague so it would have been good to have the better ball handler in there in Prigioni. Rox were chaotic going down the stretch.

We almost beat the best team in the NBA. We just finished beating the Clippers for the first time in 7 attempts and Cleveland...we lost by 6 without Howard and Harden. Yes it sucked how we lost but again, put all this in perspective. What if Atlanta was down 2 starters tonight and we had a full roster injury free Harden and Howard?

    Blowout

Damn NBA worshipping Lebron...Harden would've been so freaking useful.

We CAN'T win without Harden.....certainly can without Howard. DMO can not defend or set a pick pretty much. We have a 7 ft. Goober defending inside.

The PnR was basically non existent all game. Horford and Milsap are fantastic guarding the pick and roll.

The rockets went away from the drive and dish and played not to lose draining the shot clock every possession when they started to feel the game slipping.

It is what it is, the BEARD is that important to this team and once the Hawks shrunk their defense we were deemed a long-range only team and it was to their demise.

Good job Jazz on taking care of the Grizz tonight

thats basicially what happened. the refs sucked but no excuse losing 2+ 14+ piont leads, esp against the best record in the east. even with the bad calls they choked on their own

Just checking the play by play.

Prigs hit a 3 to put us up 87-72 with 10:32 left. The entire rest of the game all we scored were 3 three balls (2 for D-mo, one for Ariza). When things guy tight late we just started hoisting contested jumpers.

    Well this is not true...

If the refs don't screw us down the stretch and maybe make 1 or 2 more shots, we beat the best team in the league at their place. The Rockets gave it away, but they most certainly could have won it.

Not bashing Mchale here but I don't think he's the type of coach that makes tough in game adjustments. He sticks to his game plan coming in.

I don't blame the Refs, I blame the King.
