This just shows we can win without D12, but can't without Harden.

Yea. Most of us expected this loss. But we got heavily invested when we took lead. That's why this one hurts. I'm drained now.

Classic Rockets choke job. Very reminiscent of how we used to play before we got Harden. We'd outwork the other team during the game then go full r****d in the 4th smh.

Coming in I didn't think we'd win, but blowing a 15 point 4th quarter lead always pisses me off.

Will be very disappointed if we don't win the next game.

That makes 2 of us! Sorry bout that!

The loss wasn't unexpected, but the way it happened was disappointing. Hate to waste a 12 TO game.

Got to choose your battles. Can't blame the refs for this choke job. Same old story of Rockets chucking up 3s when in panic mode and SoftMo had a bad night.

So we'd put up a decent fight only to realize we don't have a closer on the team?

    Got it.

Okay, I'll give them a little credit.

Not enough for them to finish the game on a 22-6 run all by their little selves.

in games like this, Mchale should have called more timeouts to break opponents momentum like Carlisle does.

Well said....it's crazy how ungrateful this board can be. Playing without the league MVP at the home of one the best teams and lost at the wire with A LOT of help from the refs. Played hard enough and well enough to win but all you see hear is b****ing, no respect for the game they played in a game they had NO BUSINESS WINNING.

Same amount of rebounds as Jones. If you expect to block shots, you're going to have a bad time.

Why can't we pin point the 2/6 from the FT by jones? What about dumb plays from Josh in the 4th?

Well, who's going to be our closer with Harden out?

TJones got the experience with those FTs and fell short. Hopefully next time he won't.

Great learning experience that you can't simulate in practice

I Do* not understand why someone would possibly substitute out the Josh Smith and Terrence Jones combo, when that combo possibly seemed to be working in the NBA game.

Should solidify the MVP for Harden.

Only thing wrong with this team is the coaching, and players not wanting to step up when Harden/Howard are out.

Prigs/Jet/Brewer/Jones/Smith should have closed the game for me around the 2 minute mark when things were crucial. They could have defended how the Hawk were playing.
