    Both Clintons are shady liars.

Despite being a liar, many look favorably upon Bill because he happened to get lucky and be President during a period of economic prosperity driven by the internet boom. Certainly not his doing, but people have fond memories of the late 90s.

The law explicitly barring agency officials from using private email accounts came AFTER Hillary's time at State

What is the relevance to this random out-of-context tweet, where Carney is talking specifically about White House policy? Clinton didn't work in the White House, and Carney didn't work for the State Department.

Pretty sad we need a law for that. The business practice for as long as I've been working is that you use official email to conduct your business for the company. If my employer found I used only a private email address, they'd assume I was up to no good. If a court subpoenaed company documents for a lawsuit and discovered I did business from a private account, they'd assume I was hiding something from them. If I was an executive of a company doing that and the Board of Directors found out, they'd have me on the carpet to explain myself. But, if it's the Secretary of State, I'm supposed to say 'Wup, I guess there's no law against it.' It doesn't warrant the guillotine or anything, but she ought not to have done it, regardless of the law.

Jeez, JV, you should know better by now, common sense has no place in D&D. Please go find an axe to grind and come back later. Rookie.

Be sure to cross your arms and sigh heavily first, all while making eye contact; otherwise it's like you're trying to not laugh at an off color joke.

Remember when Costanza stole the clock from that girl who wanted to dump him? "Here's one for our side!"

And the poo slingers are in mid season form. Taking their queues from their representatives and hoisting them as far and as loud as they can. :)

Wait - why? Business people do business stuff on their personal emails and personal stuff on their business emails all the time. It's not like everything that happens in a business - or government - is documented. What about all the negotiations and discussions that happen in person that are recorded nowhere at all?

I'm not sure what the issue is here from an ethics or legal standpoint unless she's going around and deleting work-related emails, which are government record whether done on a personal account or not. And no one has actually accused her of that..

I would think - and hope - that if you're using a quote to build an argument, you'd want to understand the context and relevance (or lack there of) of it. Perhaps you're just more interested in throwing around ignorant nonsense, though.

Hillary had a homebrew server constructed for storing her private emails, nothing to see here.

I was wondering what services she uses. Now, I wonder who built that email server (assuming it's the email server she used).

BTW, 'homebrew' server doesn't' mean or imply jack.
