Lebron is the greatest player since MJ, and the Rockets did a great job bottling him up in OT. We were also extemely lucky that he missed those last two FTs. For all the flack he'll get for that, that was very non-Lebron-like.

Harden hit enough to keep us in the game and get the win

    15-18 is still damn great

Look the NBA has to fine Harden for that little pecker peck - he did it, everyone saw it on national TV, but I doubt they suspend him, it was not all that hard, the kick, not the pecker.

I never agree with McHale on anything, but the other day he mentioned how he was deeply concerned with the amount of layups we miss. I couldn't agree more with him. Missing these easy bunnies has become a serious issue. I can't count how many easy layups that Jones, Smith, and D-Mo missed today. It's been like that all season too, even Harden has missed some easy ones too. It is so frustrating.

OK, people credit is due when ... it is due

Give it up for Ariza, offensively he didn't do much, but defensively, he had a hell of game against LeBron. Day and night difference when he was guarding LeBron vs others guarding LeBron. The last sequence in the regular period, that was beautiful. Step by step, lockdown defense. That was outstanding, against one of the best in the league.

Smith also did pretty nice job defending. No question about his heart. Though, at times, he needs to force it a little less. But how lucky are we to have him for virtually nothing.

Lastly, Bev, he hit some real critical threes both in the regulation and overtime. Overall, I think he had a nice game. But, I still think he probably best fit coming off the bench. We pretty much ran ISO all second half through Harden. The PG play is almost non-existent. Even a guy like Prigs shows how PG plays could help us tremendously. Bev pretty much just charges for no apparent reasons.
