From the same interview which was 3 years ago (before Lin fell off the same of the earth):

The league caught up to him. Fluke games will happen against terrible teams.

Jeremy Lin at 100% confidence. Leads to "aggressive Jeremy Lin" and plays like 2:40. Notice how he made a very QUICK decision here.

Lakers actually wanted to win this game, lol.

It's a rivalry game. Byron Scott actually put up an offensive line up and stretch 4, and allowed Lin to run the show. Reminds me of D'Antoni's system.

Don't expect Lin to play this much later this season though, they are still in tank mode.

Isiah Thomas dug the grave for the Celtics, Lin just put the nails in the coffin.

Even scrubs have good games once in a while. Why are people here susrprised that a guy being paid $15 million had a 20+ game? Not sure why everyone is celebrating.

That too against one of the worst teams in the East in the Celtics. Oh how the expectations have fallen.

And don't forget, if it wasn't for Isiah Thomas brain fart at the end there when he got two technicals in a row they probably would have won???

Lin being a scrub is precisely the reason people celebrating, fool :).

If it were James Harden, 25/6 would have just been a subpar game for him.

Yeah, really in this league, if you aren't a super star, you are a scrub. ;)

Reason for people being so happy is that the excitement of Linsanity is still lingering even for 3 years already. I like Harden, but I don't think he can ever reach the height of Linsanity, not even close.

He's destroying Linsanity like it was road kill.

    he's a mvp candidate.

3 weeks doesn't equal a season, something lin fans cannot comprehend.

Yay he's asian and he's an underdog and he's Christian.

Morey already paid him for Linsanity
    He got inconsistentity instead

Haters are out in full force. Yeah even scrubs have good games once in a while, but Lin is getting reduced minutes and usage, playing with ballhogs, etc. Every single chance that he gets full reign, he seems to put up big numbers (he averaged 20+ points in games without Harden during Rockets). How often have you seen a scrub do that? Even Canaan couldn't do that consistently when Harden was out of the lineup.

So when he puts up 20+ points he has full reign but when he puts up single digit scoring or 0 scoring he is "playing with ballhogs"?

LOL, the excuses from Lin fans. Never ending stupidity.

Here's why people here hate Jer Bear fans. He's strung together 2 good games. That's wonderful. But let's not pretend that means anything more than that. There's a reason he's been relegated to the bench this year and in previous years.

HOLY **** he did something The Cannanball couldn't do?! He's really earning that paycheck! Take that HATERZZZZZ

This is crazy. Every time he has one good game, we have to endure the LOF.

Let's put this in terms everyone can understand. Let's pretend I hire someone to take care of my money. I pay him $15 million to take care of my investments and make good stock choices. Instead, this loser only picks 1 good stock out of 5, makes a crucial mistake that costs me money, and then whines about it through twitter.

I WOULD FIRE THIS MONKEY ASAP!!! EVERYONE WOULD.....

no different for Lin. If I give someone a lot of money, I expect good, consistent, production, not inconsistent mostly ***** production

IT slammed the ball down (and caught it), and then said "bad call" or some variant. Not sure how either of those were techs.

Refs these days have such thin skin.
