    Not a huge fan of this thread either but I do think it's ridiculous to say that someone is a Mavs fan if they think Cuban > Les.

    Especially Tinman, the guy has been posting here for 16 years and people are saying he's a Mavs fan, lol.

    Spurs have been quite a bit better than Mavs the last decade and half.

    Oh I don't think it makes him a Mavs fan, just not a credible analyst about such things. I'm sure he means well, he just doesn't know what he's talking about and I doubt many are surprised.

    I doubt any fan of any team thinks there coach is better than Pop, truthfully.

    McHale is a great coach. Too be tied for 3rd in the west with all these injuries is a pretty great job

    I imagine this is what it's like in real life too, if tinmac actually hasn't alienated everyone around him. Which I'm not too confident he hasn't. The guy is a flat out joke.

    Spurs were quite a bit more lucky to secure a #1 draft pick after only one season of sucking. Mavs at least displayed some draft savvy by picking a non-obvious player in Dirk. Spurs sucked at the right time, then were spoonfed an obvious pick.

    The Celtics tanked big time that year the Spurs tanked and had a much worse record. It was luck that the Spurs got Duncan over the Celtics who clearly had tanked the entire year.

    Pop is a great coach. But he still gets mad hate on SpursTalk. There's very little correlation to message board b****ing about coaching relative to actual coaching ability. I prefer to shut-up about it to spare people from reading incessant whining.

    It doesn't surprise me common sense isn't a trait you possess.

    Oh would you look at that. Tinmac creates yet another 1 star thread.

    We've got to be approaching the point in time where Clutch takes this jokers posting privileges away. He's on par with LOFs
