He's not horrible, but he certainly isn't great. The writing is terrible though. These jokes are horrible and the audience is completely silent during them. I enjoy the Golden Globes much more (despite the fact that Tina and Amy were extremely underused in this last one). Having the TV people mixed with the movie people just makes for a better award show environment.
