That 1st half start of Bev-Ariza was pure comedy.

Brewer bailed us out big time. For a while, he was the only one playing great, then TJones and Smith joined him

Winning this game doesn't mean all things. Look at our turnovers. We got most of scores from fast break. Our offense is still as shi.t as before. Mcfail has to be fired.

 

did you forget about Harden's 16 point third quarter ?

 

that game was ugly... but i'd rather watch that than a game where they blow the whistle everytime you touch the other team.

 

they were 10-2 in their past 12

 

sitting third in the West at the moment Portland have Memphis next, who would we rather lose that one ?

 

Memphis, I don't wanna Play the Clips or the Spurs.

Mavs suck.

 

That's a toughie. I'm thinking Portland since I don't know if we have a realistic shot at catching Memphis.

 

This is what I think Morey had in mind when putting this team together, really good perimeter defense. We have several real good defenders to put out there all game long. When Dwight comes back things will be even better. Defense turning into fast breaks.

We have to hit 3s though. That will be crucial. Hopefully Ariza finds his stroke again and Prigioni will make a contribution with his shooting and passing. Making 3s is how they can help Harden.

Harden doesn't even play 30 min and we blow out the 2nd seed in the east

 

Theyre like only 3 games ahead of us. You typing like they have a 5+ lead over us in the standing.

 

Have you seen their remaining schedule? It's much easier than ours.

 

Yep, of course he did make a tremendous adjustment to get the Raptors switching either a 4 or 5 to James in the 3rd quarter...resulting in 16 points for James and essentially putting the game on ice....but hell the man should be fired.

Of course, playing most of the season without D12 and TJones you would expect McHale to really have problems...needs to be fired for sure for only getting us to fourth in the West.

 

Any win is welcome no matter how sloppy it is. Prigioni needs to start right away. He can get better on the job. It really saddens me to see Bev's declining play and Ariza's inconsistency. Brewer is proving valuable for us.

 

He was rattled. It happens. He went from a locker room with Hollis Thompson and Henry Sims to one with James and Dwight. He'll settle down with time.

 

Just catching up after missing the first hour and DVRing. Great bench showing. The starting 5 has been devolving into a tire fire more and more lately. Praying for Dwight to be okay this year. At least it was a strong defensive showing for both the first and second units.
