McHale excuse for not playing Prig and MD yesterday, was he couldn't stand too many turnovers by the newcomers. Hell. How many more can you stand?

Prigs should start second half. He can't hurt worse than bev.

 

Prigioni needs to play and hopefully he can somewhat solidify the pg position a little. KJ may not get that many minutes with Brewer and Ariza out there but there is no excuse for either one of the new guys to be glued to the bench. Ariza and Bev need their minutes reduced.

If they're making Josh make 200 threes after every practice, they should be making Beverley/Ariza do the same. They're atrocious.

I feel stupid for asking this question but is there any way that we can sign Andray Blatche and Sebastian Telfair? I know they are both in China right now but Beverley is sucking it up and I don't think Prigioni is the answer either, I mean he is 37 years old. Don't know how much of an impact he can actually make. Obviously we would need to cut some players in order to make room for them but the way I see it Dorsey needs to go and Blatche would be the perfect replacement.

 

Beverley and Ariza are 2 HUGE blackholes on offense, we basically have to play 3-5 on offense with these brick bros. on the floor, yet we keep rolling them out as our starting 5, at this point there is no justification at all for them seeing so many mins. and their defense is not even elite to the point they can make up for it.

 

Start the 2nd half with Terry and Brewer, make a statement McHale!

Positives:
- our bench looks great, guess TJ is fine and back!
- Brewer is my favourite Rocket, our hardest worker and running all the time
- D-Mo is rebounding like a big man tonight, not letting anyone take it away from him

It used to not be this way. Major growth from Harden in his years here.

 

0-6 is pretty bad. In fact, him only attempting 6 shots isn't good either.

Amazing that he's shooting that poorly and our starting backcourt is a combined 0-13 and we're actually UP 4 points at the half.

Bev is a disaster though. I understand Morey's hesitation at going after Dragic, but any other PG in the NBA would be an improvement over this guy. He basically wrote off this season when he didn't acquire someone else(and no, Pepperoni from the Knicks does not count).

 

I kind of like the frantic play. Give as many minutes as you can for as hard as you can. Then sit.
