    don't know the # of people, but there are 674 apartment units in that building.

    didn't Dubai have a fire on a skyscraper a year or so ago where the fire went straight up the side?

    No deaths or injuries and the fire was put out around 3 hours after it started - roughly 4:00 PM CST - 7:00 PM CST.
