    You youngsters are fun.
You cannot "reposition" even without picking it up.
    Watch it in .25 speed in YouTube's 720P: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ihexRNx7ahI

The refs missed that the right foot moves from the free-throw line @ :10 up there. Watch how it stops, shuffles, first it's to the right of GREEN, then it's on the right of green, then it's on the free-throw line, then it's OFF the free throw line. The kid is FAST to be caught.

Nice! He's still raw and does turn the ball over (a little under 3 per game)

You can move your pivot foot.

As long as you don't pick it up, its fine

Agreed. My only concern is we are swimming in combo guard/forwards - someone's minutes are going to have to be cut to give McDaniels playing time.

I like the trade, assuming Morey can keep him at a reasonable price later. He's shooting 31% this season on corner threes and I think he'll improve. McDaniels is only 22. Seems to be a tremendous defender. Will be a gas to watch on the fast break. Can obviously dribble penetrate and is an excellent finisher around the basket. Harden's going to have fun passing to the guy inside.

Anyone post this? He blocks a shot so hard that it sails into the stands and gives a woman a concussion.

Good trade in my opinion. Canaan haven't been able to shine here. Why let him rot here? I'm happy that Canaan and Cov back together.

McDaniels seems to me be a situation where RFA status will reduce bidding. It's really too soon to now what this guy will become. No one is gonna give this guy a Parsons-type offer as their top FA target (such that they won't care if their cap space is locked up during the Rockets match period).

The market here can't go much higher than $3-4 million. Above that, and a team would be betting on pure upside--the sample is just too small. And tying up $4 million of your cap room just to have the rockets match is a big deal for teams jockeying for max-level free agents. There might not be much bidding.

I think there's a real possibility that the rockets will lock KJ up for four years at $3 million per. If that happens, and his game develops, he's almost like a new Parsons, especially when the cap blows up in 2016.

In short, his RFA status is a big OPPORTUNITY, not a NEGATIVE.

He will make our 2nd string squad more fun to watch.

And just like V-Span and the other DD pets, Canaan will go on to be a HUGE star for another NBA team.

Potentially a future Ariza replacement? I'm not sure how he fits this season on the court, though, nor do I see how he fits as an asset unless the Rockets can retain him at a decent price.

Doubt it. I'm a Sixers season ticket holder.

The fear on Philly's side was that he was going to get a crazy contract. With the cap rising to 90 million in 2016, it's very feasible someone gives him a Lin contract. Like a 5, 6, 14, 15 type of deal.

KJM is pretty high profile with his flashy blocks/dunks. Oh yah, his agent? Same one as Chandler Parson's original. Who was fired. Now he learned from his mistakes and is going to do everything to get KJM a fat contract.

If Philly thought they could resign KJM to $3 million average for the next 4 years, they wouldn't have traded him. But the fear is that it ends up being closer to 8, with an incredible blackload. There's a reason the Sixers made this trade. Just sayin/

Probably a future Brewer replacement. I don't think we'll be able to retain him this offseason. Smith is as good as gone, too, but we knew that.

Suns is the winner. Trade away Dragic and IT, then trade in Bradon Night. Great PGs are everywhere for them. But for Rox, it's disaster that only an old 37 to be retiring Pg left.

A contract that big with his current production? Doubt it. Please list one wing with his level of production that got a contract like that? Lin had a run of great games and was marketable. Asik had very good numbers. Parsons had very good numbers. This kid doesn't.
