Would love Perkins on the Rockets and hate him on the Mavs. He seems to have Dwights number for whatever reason.
So how can the team 'trump' Miami's offer then? And if they could, why didn't Phoenix choose Houston?
Never thought I'd say this, but I'd love Perkins here. He sucks, but he isn't on Dorsey's planet of suck. At least will give acceptable defense. Doubt we get him, though.
By offering the Pellies first and Jones (along with salary fillers). We could have trumped the offer easily with our asset pool. The reason Phoenix didn't choose us is because we didn't trump the offer. We chose not to, I guess to preserve future flexibility and assets. That is the part that upsets me, playing the waiting game.
I have hated perk a long time.... but I had also hated Terry for a long time, now i friggin love the guy!
Guys...I just came back and these trades are too complex to understand right now after drinks but..kj macdaniles is in houston right? He is a guy with a lot of upside. And more importantly..CHEAP. IF Rox got Knight or Dragic they would have to pay a lot this summer. Saved yourselves a lot of headaches and free to go after Durant You can't imagine how much headaches I got all the time thinking of having to pay Knight 16 mil this summer after crazy idiot NY would throw max around!

Marshall has an acl tear is out for the season and most probably will resign this summer again with Mil. He has same agent as Ga and is best friend with Henson. But I don't know nothing no more.
