wow, but the Thunder got better. A good team gets scary better. we missed out on our biggest chance to contend, I think. Prigs isn't going to get us over the top.
I know. I just wanted to point it out. Yes the Rockets are short even one more playmaker. But the point is KJ, while still being an effective defensive player, and scorer off of his athleticism alone, is still figuring out his position and exploring his talent in other parts of the game. The Rockets know what they will get from KJ in what he does well already, but he still has a ton of room to grow. But yes... the Rockets are short two more guards (albiet ones who aren't playing) that can somewhat create with no immediate help in that area coming back. This team got better but that's only IF Harden can still be the focal creator for this team, or Josh Smith can play at a high level in this back portion of the season.
They had Jackson to trade and Detroit, I really don't understand what they are doing. They should be throwing in the flag for the year but since the coach has the power now he's going to be making moves even if it means just winning one more regular season game.
Not so great. Kanter's a sieve on defense and Singler's bench fodder. Augustine will help backing up Westbrook.
