I find it hard to see a 36 year old Birdman and a out for season McBob and ANOTHER point guard plus two non lottery picks can help the Suns short and long term
I was in that camp briefly 24 hours ago, but not anymore. Not with the way Dragic has been acting since his people met with the Suns management. He'd be a malcontent here and would be counting down the days til he could bolt. Honestly as much as part of me would hate to see it happen, maybe no deal is better than a panic deal. Think how much better off the Rockets are having NOT gotten Melo last offseason. We may have even dodged a bullet with Bosh given his remarks about not wanting the burden of delivering a title to the Rockets. Especially since signing him would've meant committing 15 mil a season to Parsons(who's clearly not worth that kind of money) and having no money left for a bench which has been our saving grace in a lot of games this season.
The Suns would be stupid to pass up on 2 first rounders...from Miami of all teams.. Those 1st rounders most likely have some sort of top 10 protection. I truly feel Morey has pushed the Suns and Sarver into a corner...
Let's just say..worst case scenario no move is made... The pressure is really on Dwight Howard to get healthy and live up to his contract as a #2 allstar on this team.

Why are there so many people saying Miami is giving up a lot?? The only player of consequence in that trade is McRoberts, and he's a Mid-Level guy that are a dime a dozen in the NBA. Two first rounders, one of which isn't even usable until 4 years from now?? That's a garbage offer from Miami. If PHX is forced to take that, it's because Morey didn't feel like offering up the NOP pick AND Terrence Jones.
You guys know Morey...he gets it done without a ton of fanfare...trust in the man, and in the process. We have two needs, and I expect DM to fix one, or both of those problems. I'm not worried....just anxious.
