if i am phoenix I would ask one of those first round picks be like 2021 not 2019 thats when Wade and Bosh's contracts would expire (and I believe Deng's as well) that pick would have far more value then - until 2020 Bosh and Deng and Dragic can probably carry a team to a playoff berth in the east unless Silver really does change the playoff format

I think our Pelicans pick and the knicks 2nd easily beats the Heats offer. Jones, our 2016 pick and multiple seconds and their choice of Johnson, Canaan or Capela is about as far as i'd be comfertable with.
mid to late firsts don't usually pan out anyway and aren't the rockets high on llull and the italian kid anyway. they'll get by with only the 2016 first rounder.
