Rescue efforts from mile-high of snow = Someone from Toronto. Fire sale. Melt the ice. = Suns. There's a different prize. I've met homie, before he was shipped out. = Get over your love for Dragic because he's not coming to us, but going out in a 3 way to help us get our real target. The target is a player that was here before. That's right people ... CHUCK HAYES IS COMING BACK CONFIRMED BY CODMAN !!!!:grin::grin: Or P-Pat. But def one of those two.

Yep, Morey re-assigned them to the DLeague so you know they are safe. Morey would never send someone on the bus to get ready for the game and then trade them. #MrNiceGuy
why...He will retire after his contract ends a very very very rich man. Why give up money and start again from scratch? Is he an idiot? Esp since he has been playing like crap.
Like the talking heads who said Rondo to Dallas was a game changer? Oh wait, they're probably worse with Rondo... Amare is not a game changer in any sense of the phrase... he doesn't play defense and defense is what they desperately need.

So this means after a week of speculations nothing will happend? lol, all that f5-nonstop-pressing was all for nothing t - **h?
As the Sacramento Kings continue to be warned that Phoenix Suns guard Goran Dragic would have no interest in signing an extension with them, the team has become increasingly reluctant to pursue a trade, league sources told Yahoo Sports. The Kings were not part of the list of preferred teams that Dragic’s agent, Bill Duffy, gave Suns management, but they probed the possibility of making a deal with Phoenix and trying to use the rest of the season – as well as the offer of a five-year contract – to sign Dragic after the season. The Kings would’ve been willing to offer a package that included 2014 first-round pick Nik Stauskus and a future first-round pick, but discussions are dissipating with the trade deadline approaching on Thursday afternoon, league sources told Yahoo Sports. Sacramento is interested in Denver guard Arron Afflalo, but Denver's asking price of a first-round pick and a good young player is keeping the Kings at a distance, league sources said. The Houston Rockets have been repeatedly warned that Dragic would not re-sign with them if traded there, but general manager Daryl Morey has stayed in touch with the Suns on potential deal possibilities, league sources told Yahoo Sports. Nevertheless, the Rockets are uncertain where they stand in the discussions. The Rockets are also in the market for a back-up center, but have shown a willingness to use Josh Smith, Terrence Jones and Joey Dorsey as partners in that role, league sources said. http://sports.yahoo.com/news/source...ams-outside-his-preferred-list-192209795.html
Yup - this is the most important part of the Rocket's playoff struggles that has to be solved hopefully with this trade deadline.
Sigh I'm betting on either a small move involving Shved or something with DWill if he gets bought out. Morey won't risk assets on Dragic without assurances he would resign.
Woj update sounds like we are the last (feasible) option standing. The idea of renting Dragic doesn't really excite me, tbh.
We BADLY need a PG upgrade to compete for a Championship THIS YEAR. If a PG that would have helped us is traded somewhere, and the price is something that we could have beat without hurting us, I will be upset that Morey didn't beat it if his reasoning is trying to stay "flexible" for the Durant sweepstakes in 2 years. You never know how long players are gonna stay healthy. We won't have all of these same exact guys again because of other offers, health, trades, etc. This year in the NBA, there are NO clear cut favorites to win it all...no mega teams to truly be worried about. We are really close to being able to win it all this year. Who knows about next year? Sure we could make moves with more "flexibility" that make us much better because we don't do trades today. But other teams could do the same and still be better than we are. And we know that injuries have NOT been kind to us in the recent past. There are no guarantees for the future. I hope if prices are reasonable, they don't have to be perfect, that Morey values this year enough to go for the Championship. Harden is having an MVP year and we need to capitalize on it. Of course if no trades of players that could have helped us are made with reasonable prices, or prices that we could have beat without hurting us, then just maybe the other teams were asking for too much. Whatever the case, we will know some answers in just under 5 HOURS!
If nothing happens, it's not like Morey owes us anything. To me it just means there was no deal that was right for us, Trust in Morey. We're the ones whipping all this up into a frenzy, but hey it's fun.
Morey sending guys back to Dleague. so trade talk slowed down. Morey telling teams he is not going to overpay. Keeping team as is; and team will at least compete for a title as a dark horse. no mortgaging the future for a rental.
