Idk. I think Morey realizes Dragic takes the team to a different level and that he's willing to risk losing him for shot at title. That's the feel i'm getting.
If we get him, the money won't be the same. We could offer another year and no state income taxes...neither of which the Lakers or Knicks could offer.
Don't know if this was mentioned, but if Dragic (or Kmart for that matter) comes here and he really doesn't want to play for us, is there a potential that he might f up our locker room and chemistry?
Agreed on both posts. Cuban is full of shet and just throwing stuff out there because he hates Morey, professionally speaking.
You're not alone. I would do horrible things for Brandon Knight, but I just don't think he's on the block. Never understood why the Bucks would be interested in trading him.
I think that new orleans pick is going somewhere in this deadline If just perfect timing with the injuries ( sucks for them ) but oh well. I really hope if we do get dragic .. Harden , coach mchale , all the teammates can change his mind .. you never know
If anything has changed with Dragic, it's that maybe Duffy has been told a deal for Dragic won't affect Beverley (i.e. he'll get paid) or that the Rockets will trade Beverley somewhere he could run the show more and increase his $$$ value even more.
Bet you Goran will beg the Suns for forgiveness, if they are pissed at the offers they are getting for him.
Rockets having to wait till midnight to be able to move Shved contract is whats slowing things down right now imo. theres a lot of chatter but nothing getting done! tonight may be a night we have to stay up late!
Trust me. If you want a trade to happen, just have me get on a work conference call or something like that. It happens every time.
We got SG Brewer for what? Yeah, I don't think Martin is better than Brewer and we got Brewer for practically nothing.
For the life of me, I'll never understand CF's obsession with Dragic. He's overstated. He isn't a playmaker, and he's an undersized 2 guard with a shaky handle, and average court vision. Ty Lawson is a far superior option, on a better contract. He's almost unguardable, and in addition averages 10 assists a game. This is who we should be gunning for.
My brain hurts and my F5 key is broken. I don't know. If Dragic really is sour on Houston then screw him. I don't think he elevates us. You have to have the right mindset to bring your A game and maybe he wouldn't. Only assets I give up for a player that doesn't want to be here is a couple of bud lights, and the rights to Allen Leavell's jersey.
