That depends on how big of an impact you think he makes. If you think he can give you a shot at a title this year, you go get him. I think he is that guy so I would risk him leaving and just make the deal. Dragic/Harden/Ariza/Starting PF/Dwight is a contender this year.

I don't think the Celtics are a threat as well after my conversation with an insider this morning. The insider talked of this year as year 1 of a 3-year rebuild. The only way I can see them going after Dragic is if they have someone else to pair him up with. Dragic alone does not fit their plan to rebuild.
