The issue I have with about the report that having Gogi here would reduce Bev's earning potential is that, wouldn't Beverly playing more minutes reduce it?

    I can't wait until Friday.

I've been over speculation for a long, long time. Whatever happens or doesn't happen..all good. Let's beat Dallas on Friday.

Imagine the war rooms right now!!!!

Seems like everyone is scrambling trying not to show their hands. Either trying to buy low or selling real high. Or trying to get info about other teams to sabotage each other.

    Seems exciting

They have too much power. Frankly speaking, most fans are tired of them.

When Michael Jordan was at his peak, people used to talk about David Falk the super agent, ways and means to curb their influence. Stern paid no heed to this, and now it is even worse.

There isn't more talk about Knight because it's highly unlikely he's even on the block. If he was, I'd be more than happy to go for him.

Why? He's doing well there with Kidd for the first time in his career, and it's not like free agents are lining up to play there.

Go to a college and see potential in a kid. Become his best friend and his B****. Suck up to him and have him trust you. Take the fiba test and go to the NBPLA and get certified (you dont need a law degree).

Take this kid overseas and get him a nice deal. Meet his friends and steal them from wherever they are. Try to bring some in the NBA

Go to a big agency, bring your book of business and say you will bring them to the agency with you and sign on (or keep your own book of business to yourself). OR - team up with one of your agency buddies and set up shop and combine players. If you arent a lawyer, you contract one out and pay them hourly to do contracts.

    Just Imagine for a minute:

    Lawson/Thomas
    Harden/(one of Martin/Crawford/Mayo/Allen)
    Ariza/Brewer
    Dmo/Smith/Jones
    Howard/Anyone better than Dorsey (Henson/Sanders???)

If that isn't a real title contender, I don't know what is.

Get 'er done Morey. In Morey we Trust!

Just remember - you only make 3% commish on contracts (most agents waive this to sign you).

BUT - you get 20%-25% on ENDORSEMENTS (ie - Gatorade, Adidas etc.)

That is where the money is.

Indiana with a healthy Paul George is a contender. There is no way they break up that core by trading Hill/Solomon. Miami on the other hand could benefit from Dragic. True, they have little to trade but that doesn't mean they can't get a third team into the mix as well. I really think Phoenix is willing to roll the dice and see if brotherly love along with a decent contract is enough to woo Dragic back. Also, don't over look the good that can be fostered from trading away Isiah Thomas. Thomas has been decent, but you can turn him into another piece and keep Gogi happy.
