Dragic told Suns he wants to be starting PG and with Bledsoe there he can't be that. Ha will likely be dealt via @gambo987. <<<< Suns beat writer/insider. Good track record
#1) If you were in his place and got passed over for a scrub like Lin, you would hold a grudge as well. #2) Rockets already have played hardball with him when it comes to contract negotiation and are known to be shrewd. If he is looking to get paid, and even if he did not hold any grudge, commons sense dictates that Rockets might not be the best place looking for $$.
Who cares what teams Dragic is ok going to? If a team is willing to make an offer for him and trade for him without a firm commitment then they're willing to do so. By this point, one can only assume all the teams GMs know whether or not they are on Dragic's (agent's) preferred list... so if they're still making offers, they're still making offers. Phoenix needs to maximize their asset. Only noting all this to say ... are really 1/3 of the teams in the NBA making offers to acquire Dragic? And if so, wtf are they offering? Can't be much.
I totally get this. I don't know why anyone thinks Dragic wouldn't start with Harden. The whole point of upgrading the position is to make it easier for Harden also. Sure he will get some burn with the second unit also, but in the 4th when teams try to focus in on Harden, having Dragic on the floor to create as well is what really matters for our success. And as has been pointed out many times already, when Harden IS on the floor, he is more than happy to defer to anyone that is capable a good majority of the time. Dragic will get to run the team more than enough if he becomes a Rocket again.
#2 is why I think his agent doesn't want him to come here. If Morey has his birds rights he will likely try to low ball him and sell tax savings and the 5th year.
Oh why do Rockets fans have to go through this every damn trading deadline??? Still, I have to admit this suspense is freakin' exciting. I'm sure Morey and the FO people are foregoing sleep these days.
Somebody tell Deagic that it was McHale and the Rockets that gave him his opportunity to start in the first place
Uhh..the teams trying to get Dragic do lol. If they cant get verbal assurance from Dragic that he will sign an extension with the new team, they are not going to want to waste their trade chips for him.

Dragic wouldn't be flipped though. You don't flip dudes making max money(or close to it). He can't seriously be worried about that happening anytime soon.
