Good luck, Goran, on playing the triangle in NY, or with Kobe in LA. I also think you don't have the personality to handle Boogie Cousins in SAC,

Different kind of pressure will be on you once you get the max contract. Something Parsons learned the hard way, and look, no one's talking about him anymore.

Quick everyone take a jab at Dragic.

Today there will be a report that he changed his mind and wants Houston.

Then we will love him again and wont be questioning his fit with the team.

Reggie Jackson is on the Bucks radar? I could see Houston help facilitate a 3 team deal and getting back B. Knight. It's been reported that a team has continued to call about Knight over and over again. Seems like something Morey might do.

Morey is negotiating from a position of weakness after the Goran debacle. Knight will cost us a LOT, and even then it may not be enough.

Making an inquiry to OKC, about Reggie would be ok.

I can't picture Reggie Jackson in Houston the guy can't shoot very well. I think he's very overrated but that's just my opinion.

R.jax will cost peanuts. Like i.e bayless (3mill per isiah thomas lite) + lac 2017 first (lottery protected)
Still dont want. Ny will lose dragic and go after reggie by throwing him an insane offer. Whats the point?
Im a fan of morrey though and i think he will do something. Noone expected..

If he a ctually ends up in indiana or miami these teams can be eastern "contenders" and reach the ecf. Plus dragic will be most prob an allstar (if derozan and korver can..) i dont blame him. Not for wanting to go east or take the money. Who here would say no to extra 20million? I sure wouldnt.

I guess I can kind of understand why dragic thinks he might get traded, but still the entire league undervalued him the last time he was here.

I mean, sure we didn't give you the player option, but the rest of the league didn't think you were worth more than 7.5 per year.

The suns, who actually did, added a first round pick onto him just to get aaron freaking brooks. His pettiness is just ridiculous.

So did dragic actually say this or was it just his agent?

I don't question his fit here. He'd fit in perfectly with the Rockets. He'd go a long way toward making them a title contender(provided Dwight isn't damaged goods).

But if his priorities are getting paid and being on a big market team where he can dominate the ball(and if these reports are to be believed, then that's his mindset), then we may be better off without him.

I'm sorry, but if your goal is to win a title(or even make the playoffs), you would not have the Lakers or especially the Knicks on your shortlist of desired destinations. Not when you're almost 29 and in the middle of your prime.

He didnt. But houston was a notable ommision from his desired destinations. Especially since they were the team going after him.so basically his agent said we arent resigning there. Ofc his agent is bevs agent too.

It's a tectic to get houston to agree to sign him before he is traded

If Dragic really wanted to screw Houston over he would have put Houston on that "list" and left in the summer. I think he's afraid Morey might trade him down the line and the whole sharing agents with Bevs doesn't help the situation either. I think it's things that could be ironed out BUT then again we have insiders hinting at misdirection in here so it's all a big confusion!

I don't see why he's afraid of being traded away though. If he resigns here at 20 mil/yr, he'll have a very untradeable contract. Unless he's putting up numbers worthy of that money in which case why in the hell would Morey wanna move him anyway?

Now it's certainly possible that toward the end of his deal, the Rockets may look to dump that contract on a team seeking cap relief. But we're talking the last year more than likely. If he resigns for 5 years, that's the 2019-20 season for God's sake! Is he really hung up on that?

If this is really a concern of Dragic's, someone needs to talk some sense into him. He's not being traded away from the Rockets anytime soon if he winds up here.

Considering dragic has at least 3 teams lining up to max him in the summer if houston didnt sign him the whole trade would be idiotic from morrey.
The only remote possibillity this whole saga is used as a pressure tactic is to get bev a starting gig in another team
