With those articles coming out, Morey may be able to get Dragic for the NOP pick and expiring contracts aka we might not have to include Jones and certainly not DMo. Dragic just lowered his trade stock for PHX but helped the Rockets immensely.
He wants to run his own team, and be on a playoff contender? Only places he would get that is in Milwaukee, or maybe Boston who are technically a playoff "contender". Maybe even Miami who are technically "contenders"
Uhhh.... <blockquote class="twitter-tweet" lang="en"><p>ESPN sources say Rockets -- for all their well-known interest in Dragic -- are NOT a team likely to secure long-term commitment from the PG</p>— Marc Stein (@ESPNSteinLine) <a href="https://twitter.com/ESPNSteinLine/status/567888194924072960">February 18, 2015</a></blockquote> <script async src="//platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script>
Do the Suns like Julius Randle? Or removing the protection on the pick LAL owe to PHX? Can't see the Lakers offer a whole lot even if Goran likes them. They can still just sign him in the summer with cap space.
Ehh. It was a kid. Means nothing. Rockets will allow him to have near max money along with deep playoff runs. Sounds like a winner.
I had no idea that Parker was under contract for that long. I still think the Pacers make the most sense if he wants to be Steph Curry and compete. I think the Rockets are the best choice if he is fine being second to Harden but the quote from the article sure doesn't make it seem like he is.
That could just mean they don't care if he will extend or not... they just want him on the team this season at a minimum
