"Dragic would strongly prefer to play for a playoff contender."

On the one hand, he will have a lot of freedom in our wide open offense.

On the other, he'll be second fiddle to Harden.

If I am the Knicks, or the Lakers, I would not give up any assets to get Dragic. They will have a boatload of cash to spend and can offer the lead role he wants. The Rockets should worry about the Sacramento Kings on the trade front.

    The Bucks can!

The Rockets and Bucks could make a three team deal, where the rockets land Brandon Knight.

    As it should be.

It disappoints me if he values being the unquestioned main guy over going somewhere for a legit chance at a title.

Maybe he views the Rockets differently, but if he wants to "run a team", he won't find that here. He also won't find a contender if he's the best player, as good as he is.

Also, if he comes to Houston, what number does Dragic wear, if Ariza and Johnson stay?

I just take it as he wants to be the PG. Bledsoe is the 1 in Phoenix.

Morey has total power now. I don't think Morey would have given up DMo before but this ensures he 100% doesn't

Isn't set in stone that he is coming here.

But of all playoff contenders, we make the most sense.
