If DMo is traded and I still hit a free throw...do i get paid airfare and hotel to Phoenix so I can still meet him?
They wouldn't have had the official Rockets Twitter tweet that out now if they were planning on trading him. I take that as telling the Suns that it's not going to happen.
The guy who tweets marketing events for the Rockets is definitely Morey's #1 assistant and knows who is going to be traded.
i'm sure morey could've told them to hold off on that specific promotion especially around this time... im sure the marketing team got the green light from the FO to go on with that promo again... otherwise, you're selling tickets based on false pretenses...
Either Morey got Dragic for a cheaper price or he's probably not coming here at all. I don't care who comes, I trust the man in whatever move he makes.
I honestly would be shocked if they traded DMo, unless they got a big man in return. Josh Smith could easily be gone next year, and then our only 4 would be TJones and we are back to square one. DMo is arguably a top 7 PF under 25.
People forget we would be royally screwing over DMO and all his chances of winning a championship. He's done so much for us theres no way were going to do him like that.
I am sure we are offering TJones first. Morey may also be working other trades to make a better package for Phoenix without giving up DMo.
