Well, if Lawson and Dragic are off the table, that doesn't leave a lot of options. Just don't make a panic move, Morey(i.e. Deron Williams).
All these teams interested in Multiple guys and I'll ive heard from Houston is Dragic!!! Is it Dragic or bust for Houston? That's whack if that's the case!!
Just the way Morey likes it. We're all babbling about Dragic & the Suns - will they or won't they -, he's gonna trade for someone not being talked about.
We'd still need to find a starting caliber PG, but it would be nice to have a more solid option at backup C
Bro, you can't make opinion posts during times like this. I saw "Last Post By: J.R." on the BBS home page and nearly broke my wrist trying to click into the thread.
Not really. This is his first chance to cash in and it's his right to take it. It's very difficult to think of any players who have turned down a bigger contract before they turn 30. Maybe Chris Bosh, who gave up just a couple million per year on his first Miami contract. And this was after he already made more than $50 million in Toronto.
Its not, but something tells me that Phoenix will try their damnedest to trade IT or Plum out of the West contention. Likely what they can get from Houston they can get elsewhere in this type of deal. Your guys in Brewtown actually might make good trade partners in this type of deal.
Yep thats the only way its going to happen, imo. Suns would want Faried and the First round pick though
Yeah but an Aaron Brooks for Jordan Hamilton move this time won't cut it! Rockets need a big move to be able to make some real noise in the West
Thank you J.R. So basically, cyberx is lying through his teeth. He just said that HE said months ago that the Suns wanted D-Mo and NOP pick for Dragic. In reality, all he (speculated) was that the Rockets may trade D-Mo and the pick for him.
I seriously doubt Morey doesn't have a Plan B or C. But he may decide to stand pat if none of the other teams are being reasonable in their demands.
