I would be all aboard eating McGee's contract to get Lawson. The only free agency I am worried about is Durants and McGees money doesn't interfere with that . Not to mention he fills a backup center need.

That's 22 million in salary which requires like 7 rockets to make work though.

    Terry
    Kpap
    Schved
    Dorsey
    Capella
    Jones
    Canaan
    NOP #1

    For

    Lawson
    McGee

    Lawson / Beverly /Johnson
    Harden /
    Ariza / Brewer
    Dmo / Smith
    Howard / McGee

He hates the Suns. Not sure if anyone posted this yet. Interesting he lives in Phoenix.

Yes. Lets give up 7 players for 2 guys. That always happens.

I would go for Burke, if he doesn't cost an arm or a leg. Kanter can't guard anyone. No to him.

Your bet is wrong. Burke is worse than IT and Kanter will have to get paid at the same year as DMO AND because he is set to take his QO he wouldn't be able to get traded AND he is a diva who demands playing time.

That's why it's impossible. At least in a 2 way trade. Trades with such a huge overturn of players don't happen.

It's called the principle of the deal, just to make the salary work.

What does that tell you about what the coaching staff wants in their pg?

If he played at all, he easily could.

No. I'm not saying he's quite as good at what he does as IT is (though give him a year of pt and he might be). I'm just saying they have the exact same skillset. You don't give up assests for a slightly better cersion of a guy who can't get off the bench because of what the coaches want their pg to do.

Asik provides at least defence which is the numbr one priority in a center. Kanter provides a younger Al Jefferson who thinks that he is Tim Duncan.

I knew you were going to say that about him, but we need help now. Canaan isn't good enough to give us a chance to go deep into the playoffs, otherwise DM wouldn't be chasing Goran.

If the Suns are offering IT, then it means they must have an extension already in place for Dragic. I don't see any way the Suns trade Dragic at this point. The Lakers may have forced their hand.

faried would be so good with smith, harden, brewer. That small ball lineup would be so fast
