No. An insider has made a post that was incredibly vague and cryptic which means he won't be wrong no matter what happens but it doesn't really tell us anything.

At least Progs apparently has admitted that he isn't an insider.

A ruse to make it appear that DMo is untradeable, raising his trade value.

thanx saleem. Yeah I knew that but I wondered maybe there was some obscure hatred versus another team. Seems only Codman is the hater one.

Don't hate on poor Denver man!

Right - his post says "one of the teams I despise" - not a team Rockets fans despise. And then the reference to media maniac (SVG has been all over the media criticizing the Kings and tends to be in front of the media a lot), and the "it's cold in the D" reference, all point to Detroit. Lots of reasons to hate Detroit (Malice in the Palace, Bill Lambeer-era Bad Boys).

The contract part seems to indicate that if a Dragic trade is made and DMO is gone, the Rockets have a trade in place for a bad contract backup big man replacement.

SVG is loved by his players who see him as a leader they were starving for.
Monroe won't be dealt. Detroit and Houston don't make good trading partners. First of all they are the two teams with the direst need of a pg in the league. Both won't /don't want to trade their big men. So it's pretty much Denver which is having a firesale.

Don't worry, there is no wrong or right way to interpret the post. Why bother debating it. No one will know they are right/wrong until a trade happens and then I guarantee you whatever happens there will be people who will interpret Codman's post to validate that trade.

Just sit back and relax and let the trade deadline happen and keep this nugget in mind:
Every year as the trade deadline gets closer, the real insiders get quieter and every year Morey makes some sort of trade that no insider had hinted at.

Malakas, you're the only person saying Detroit lol. Everybody else said Denver, and to be honest it could even be Dallas since Dallas is colder than Houston. For a second I thought it was about Parsons. Could also be about Rondo since he says "someone's healthy finally" but after reading in some more I think it's definitely a big and that really only leaves Denver unless it's like Greg Smith lol.

Could be Hickson. He's from Atlanta. A lot younger than Dwight and Smoove, but he's from there.

Anyways, I won't speculate anymore. I'll leave this thread and sporadically check for more codman or cyberx updates. Every other post I'll just scroll through. Just gave my 2 cents B)

Houston: It is a little odd that Houston is often interested in re-acquiring former players. This time it’s Phoenix Suns point guard Goran Dragic.

Phoenix: The Suns are inclined to keep Goran Dragic, a source said. Suns owner Robert Sarver attended agent Bill Duffy’s annual All-Star event Sunday. Duffy is Dragic’s agent.

Those of you counting Denver as a "coast"...no. It's not even the same time zone as the west coast.

Also, just say no to IT. We already have an Isaiah on the roster who can do what he does.

If Canaan was producing 60 percent as much as IT, this conversation would not be taking place.

This is just like saying Troy Daniels is just as talented a shooter as Ray Allen or something. We saw how that played out, right? Canaan isn't as good as Thomas. Stop trying to push this dumb narrative.

"Insiders" can say whatever they want but at the end of the day, none of them have a clue about who Morey is going to get.

None of them predicted Hamilton for AB last time around, none of them predicted Jason Terry this past summer or Harden a few seasons back.

Morey will look at every option and in the end it's usually the guy that no one here thought about. However, just about every name PG in the NBA worthy of something has been mentioned in this thread so it doesn't leave any "insider" vindicated.

Enjoy the ride guys. Keep trying to decipher riddles and hit the F5 button. Speculation is fun.

Jordan Hill has actually developed a pretty good mid range jumper. Stretch 4? lol.

Afflalo has garnered interest from OKC Bulls Kings and Clips already. Probably waiting for his price to fall.

What? no no I'm certain it's Denver there were some other dudes claiming Detroit.
