Kennedy is an idiot but the Raps would entertain trading Jonas if they got another star to pair with Lowry. Eventhough he is coming off that leg injury, would you trade Jonas for West and George (assuming other pieces are added to make the numbers work for an actual trade). For that matter, I wonder if the Pacers trade George if someone gives them a good young player in return.
I'd trade just about anyone not named James Harden for Paul George. Indy would be foolish to move their young franchise player.
Goran Dragic | PG | Phoenix Suns Isaiah Thomas | PG | Phoenix Suns A Suns point guard might be the best player traded this week. That could apply to either Dragic, an All-NBA Third-Team pick a year ago, or Sixth Man Award contender Thomas. If the Lakers are really prepared to offer Dragic a maximum contract this summer, as Stein suggested last week, Phoenix has to seriously think about trading him. Finding a good fit is tricky. Stein reports the Houston Rockets are interested, but their best trade asset (Terrence Jones) makes little sense for the Suns. A three-way trade might be the way to go, with Jones heading to Denver and Phoenix landing one of the Nuggets' wings while getting the New Orleans Pelicans' first-round pick from Houston. The Suns could more easily get value for Thomas, which explains their preference for trading the backup. One fascinating possibility: Swapping Thomas and Gerald Green to Miami for Luol Deng, which would solve the Heat's weakness at point guard and upgrade Phoenix at small forward. http://goo.gl/alrgcC
Don't kill the messenger. You can take a few shots though. That's alright with me. I'm no agent/___(insert name here, bad or good). I just have friends who talk, and I'm lucky enough to hear the conversation. Basketball is ingrained with me, at any rate. The NBA talks so much, and I have a couple of ears that are nice enough to let me know. Players often know when they're leaving (Hi, TRob). I feel like that's enough defense for me, but take your shots if you'd like. Cyber is the man though. Respect. And Doc, he's the coolest. Where are you?? __________________________________ It's warming up here in PHX, and the weather is nice. Lukewarm at the moment because of fear. Loyalty is coming into play...the price has to be right. LokoD called the skills challenge a surprising help in discussions. If you look back, IT did run the offense well in Cow Town. That's sloppy seconds for James and Dwight, but it's not dead. Cyber has covered it. It's apparent he has more space to be blunt about this. I cannot...my relationships, both friendly and professional, are important to me. Again, don't shoot me . There's still the hope for a homecoming. Some of you would be thrilled, others not. Morey's looking at unhappiness (again) and chemistry...hey bro. Don't be all Drake on me right now, but there have been some misplaced pieces since October. There's depth insurance, but Morey may have to take a hit to his hat. One of our brothers is still out there, unhappy, ready for a homecoming. What price do you pay though? And one of the teams I despise, not the Jazz, hates their coach. Literally. Media Maniac. "It's so cold in the D." (Remember that?) Unhappiness for them is strength for us. Somebody's healthy, finally. A couple of years ago, homie hit on somebody too much, and he was shipped to another coast. Last thing: An old trading partner is listening. Morey's abused him before. But he's just listening. Not much yet. I'm out. That was too hot. Take Care, Cod _________________________________ Of yeah, I almost forgot. Per his friend, our big guy is ahead of schedule. Sounds like Bull is the truth. I hope so.
they're at a pace of being worse than last year with the addition of thomas. not impressive. again a chucker. he puts up numbers because he takes alot of shots and doesnt make people better.
I am not saying they would move PG-13, just asking a hypothetical. The Raps would engage a team like the Pacers if a player like PG-13 was on the table. If you are the Pacers, you are facing a rebuild regardless if you have PG-13 or not. The Pacers would be seeking the moon but that's why teams like the Celtics, Sixers, and Suns are accumulating draft assets, to trade for a player like him. This is the fun part of the deadline and this thread, what could happen and how it affects the Rockets and playoff landscape.
Also, how many of you would be happy with a Steve Francis homecoming? I heard the dude can still play
