SMH at the video in the article. People do not watch games. That dude basically said Morey is stockpiling and it doesn't make since for Dragic to go to Houston because he won't start over beverly. He said LA is a better option. LOL
That would be a MUCH bigger return if Donatas was moved. And I'm not sure there's a big enough option currently available. If I was Morey, I'd have to be aiming Ibaka and Jackson or something comparable.
not really expecting Dragic to us in order to dampen my expectations...eithe way, DM will get a solid acquisition at the deadline
but the rockets can trade him tonite or tomorrow...it is just that the official trade would be consumated on Feb 18th.
The question comes down to what Phx will demand in a trade. We all know that LA is going to over Dragic the max this summer. Phx won't offer that. And so Houston has to be able to offer that if it seriously wants to keep Dragic. I don't think Dragic is a max player but it might be worth the commitment because we're not going to get anyone else who is better and can help us more. If we are willing to give him the max, then we should do a trade because I am sure Dragic would rather play for a champion and under McHale than a loser in L.A.
Dragic would be great but we really need a backup C (and this player needs to be able to start RIGHT NOW)
