Harden just gets so much respect lately. 3 years ago I said I would take James Harden over Lebron James and almost got laughed off the board. I feel much better about that opinion now. Good interview, NY grilling Durant hard on free agency, lol. He's coming to Houston.

 

The best thing about those two guys being so close, is that Morey has a good idea on KD's interest in playing here.

I always felt that Harden would be this good and I believe he will continue to get better.

 

I have never heard of JJ Watt or Jose Altuve but ok. Don't even know if they are CEO of some big oil company, head of NASA or whatever sports they play.

James Harden for sure I know reps Houston the most. Best player right now playing for championship contenders in a real sport that requires athleticism and skills like basketball. and a sport that demands knowledgeable high IQ fans. Glad he is going to be here long term to represent this city.

You're a funny guy. You know who JJ Watt is. In terms of being a household name across America, id bet JJ wins in a landslide - mostly due to his athleticism. No disrespect to the beard, who is clearly a superstar. But we don't have to troll to rep James. Be real.

To be honest, if you don't play a real sport like basketball or football (the real one not eggball) or even tennis, chances are I don't know you. And I'm sorry but James Harden is the biggest superstar and face of Houston. I see his beard on billboards all over the city. I am glad he represents this city with dignity and pride. I wouldn't be able to recognize who JJ Watt or Jose Altuve are. In fact, the onyl Watt I know is the Unit of Power that I learned back in 6th grade or so.

Dude, please don't lie. Show me one post of mine in the past 2 or so years from the Texans section.

I do not even have Texans eggball section show up on my homepage. Clutch banned me from there and I am grateful. $50 to the tip jar if you can show a post of mine from Texans section in the past year.

Anyway let's not go off topic.

Very happy that Harden is fully being recognized on the big stage. The guy has swag, confidence and pride. WHen he said during the summer that he is the best basketball player in the world or something along those lines, people started mocking him. Very glad that he has been able to back that up with other worldly performances.
