Any move for Dragic I'd assume would have to include Terry or Brewer for purposes of salary matching. Terry/Bev/Capela/Pels 1st for Dragic If its youth that PHX wants send them Johnson or Canaan ... at this point if information or even disinformation being leaked they are losing leverage and I would try not to include the higher prospects or glue guys in a deal that you could say is only for a rental player given that the 1st is what the Suns seem to covet (supposedly) and not sure they could get a higher pick for him.
Yea I see the glut and Brewer cant be moved as part of deal involving other players. I start to wonder just how compatible as trade partners HOU and PHX really are?
I fully expect Morey to come out of the deadline with either a PG or some playmaker. He knows harden will be run down by the playoffs
Question for all: Would you rather have: 1) Add Deron Williams (after bought out) to the roster. Which would allow you to KEEP the NOP pick/TJones and other assets in house. 2) Add Dragic for some asset package of NOP pick/Tjones+ etc Is the talent gulf between Dragic and DWill worth the NOP pick/Tjones asset package?
Dragic. D-Will is too injury prone. I'd take a flyer on D-Will if he had the same contract as Dragic. But right now I want Dragic.
Among bigs 25 and under, who would you consider to be clearly better prospects or have better value than DMo? Here's mine: Joel Embiid Andre Drummond Demarcus Cousins Anthony Davis Serge Ibaka Rudy Gobert That's about it. I'd put DMo on a similar level as... Nikola Mirotic Jonas Valanciunas Nikola Vucevic Derrick Favors That's good company for DMo.
The gulf between Goran and Deron Williams is really big. I would certainly choose Goran instead. My gut feeling is that the Suns will trade him, but he is going to cost quite a lot.
DMo is under all that threw on here. Which would put him at the 11-15 range for just those that you listed. Not including Blake, Aldridge, etc. DMo is a good player, but that is it. He is on the same par as Markeiif and Faried and I could argue that Keef is off to new levels.
