I think they're wanting some frontcourt help more than a #14 pick. Short of trading DMo, I'm not sure if we can get Dragic.
No reason they can't all be back. Especially if they trade for Dragic. Get Brewer to exercise his option. Tender Beverly. Use the MLE or part of it on Smith. I am skeptical about this report because if this the only real value the Suns want, the trade should be done. The only question is if they want a Shved & Papa package and thus have to wait until 2/18 to finalize anything. I would be ecstatic if we could get Dragic for Shved, Papa, Canaan, and the Pels pick or anything less. Would pay a lot more.
I think with dragic we can compete with the warriors. Il even go out and say Dragic and Harden>Curry and Thompson.
can someone please explain why Houston had to trade for Brewer/Schved when they did in order to retrade them, yet other teams seem to be retrading acquired players without any regard for the same deadlines? e.g., reports of gary neal maybe being retraded, austin rivers has been traded twice, so has Troy Daniels. I'm a bit confused.
If you can get Dragic for a pick and filler I think it's an easy question. But if it takes a pick and Dmo, that's a lot for a guy who conceivably could leave this summer for a bigger contract than we can offer.
T-Jones is the obvious trade bait here. With the rise of Dmo and signing of Josh Smith Jones has become redundant.
Dragic would be the only guy consistently driving into the paint and scoring in half court set when Harden can't. He's a must have for all the 1st round pics infact. There's nothing to seen in the near future if you wanna win it all now.
Dragic Harden Ariza J-Smoove Motiejunas Man... this starting 5 is mobile and offensively talented as F. And they can defend.
Yeah don't think the Suns are trading him. I see them making a movie to balance their roster. And the sky is blue
