Watching the players congratulate Deandre Jordan really made me feel good. lol I know this post is out of place in a thread full of pissed off fans, but the players are human and this hack-a-player strategy really hits the core of our mental strength. It's awesome to see his teammates recognize that he handled it perfectly and come out on top.

I think we sometimes forget that a lot of pieces on our team are recent additions to the rotation and I'm really looking forward to the chemistry we're going to build. I think there's a lot more to look forward to in terms of Dorsey, Smith, Jones, Kostas and Canaan fitting in with the team.

Sure, but they never have their average 3pt FG% against the Clips. This is the norm.

I 100% disagree. Fought hard all game, Harden off, within 3-4 points or in lead until final 5 minutes, on the 2nd night of a B2B on the road = disappointing loss but not pathetic.

I'm not that mad. This was bound to happen. In a way I'm glad it happened tonight before the deadline. Maybe it will give morey to push he may have needed to get some scorers

It seems like McHale didn't really care about winning this game. That's cool, but if that's the case why play Harden? If you're going to take games off like Pop, then do it like Pop would.

If McHale did care about winning this game then yeeesh. Far too many 3's. We can't live and die by Harden and the 3. Because every so often, BOTH will be meh, and our offense will fall to shambles and a well-coached team like the Clips will take advantage on offense. DMo seemed to have a good start to the game, as did Smith, Pap, Brewer. All four of these guys are not exclusively shooters. Brewer is a great slasher, as is Josh. DMo works the post. Pap moves the ball around and is a great swingman. McHale (or some assistant) really needs to come up with some sort of offensive strategy that will boost everyone's strengths and hide each other's weaknesses.

In the first round of the playoffs you will see exactly why it makes sense.

McHale deserves F for today's job. Ugly as hell, no adjustments or improvisation whatsoever :(

    Nah, tonight he's just tired.

The rest of the time he can't drive vs the LAC bigs. Then Matt Barnes is usually a good defender. So it depends on whether his shot is on.

Also if we play in LA, he usually has gotten a good time in his home city, so ...

That one game when he was playing loopy last year, just letting Reddick have his way, he got into an altercation with an LA guy the previous night, and a court case was eventually filed about that.

I don't know why he would (tho he probably is). Rockets won on his employers channel, against his former team, last night and had a B2B and lost the next.

A sign of a true contender is 40 wins before 20 losses. Lets see what the Rockets got.

you don't have to worry about the Warriors since this team won't see the 2nd round.
