Rudy Gay cannot be traded....AT ALL....until May 2015 at the earliest. How much money did I just save you?
let's see if phoenix can flip him then. For good value. Because they'd much rather do that than lose Dragic.
If one makes such a declarative prediction then if (s)he proves out others add a preferred to amount to the Tip Jar. The TJ helps keep this site operating (you will note many 'contributing members'). If the declaration doesn't make it then the declarant pays the jar the agreed amount.
Fournier is a perfect Morey buy cheap and let him develop. Shoots fairly well, decent passer and ok defender. Oh, and he can create a bit. Reminds me a little of Shved, but Evan seems much more aggressive. http://espn.go.com/nba/player/stats/_/id/6588/evan-fournier
In a general sense no, but we have no point guard that morey trusts outside of bev to play minutes for us and his knees are acrewwwwed. Evan is the type of player who can get really hot in a playoff game or 2. But in the overall sense of team rating he wouldn't
Watching Ty Lawson highlights makes me think he is the perfect fit next to harden. Both him and Harden can create off dribble and Lawson dishes 10 assists/game and He is a good 3 pt shooter that will become better playing next to harden. I want to know what package makes the Nuggets say Yes to trading him. Capela or T. Jones K pap Terry NOP 1st round and 2 2nd round picks For Lawson.
Of course it's off. This is kind of like Asik Part 2. Everyone knows they need to make a change, but they've held out as long as possible. They are in a difficult spot. Bledsoe is likely the only "untouchable"...ie nothing short of a star. IT is a unique player, but teams aren't going to trip over themselves trying to get him at that contract. Dragic is expiring, and they've gone away from what makes him such a good player. Green makes IT redundant, but he himself is expiring. It's not simple, that's for sure. I think trading IT is the best way to go, but they aren't going to get anything more than a late 1st for him.
Jet, KPap < Fourier <= Brewer He doesn't need to develop, he'll fit right in as a bench catalyst and scorer which we desperately need. The only reason our current "bench" unit works is because Harden stays out longer and plays in that unit as well.
Assuming EF is fully developed, I don't think he's prime time yet actually, Shark44 was suggesting he be developed. Rox need, Harden needsneedsneeds, someone to take some load and burden off. That is not today's Fournier. Besides the dozens spoken of within the framework of this tightly developed thread, who is that man who can do what Dragic could yet might actually arrive at TheToyShop?
Let me clarify. EF is 22, he's going to develop more. However, he has plenty of game now. I live in CO and saw him with the Nuggets, the kid showed the ability to get hot and semi-take over a few games. He's not there yet, but to RR's point he could give us a solid 1/2 type off the bench to pair with CB and Terry.
Why would Orlando trade Fornier? Their GM is supposedly a moneyball type. So it's more likely he trades away one of the higher priced players for picks and keep the younger, cheaper Fornier.
Hearing Suns want a first-rounder for Goran Dragic and, rest assured, they'll get it. Rockets got to be tempted. Gery Woelfel
Who the *** would give up a first rounder when Dragic can walk this summer? I mean unless they get commitment that Dragic will sign with whatever team he is traded 2.
