I just dont see jack, plumlee, monroe, collison being available without giving up ALOT(if at all) I think its time we start exploring dwight trades, I dont think he'll ever be the same again. In a perfect world if morey could pull off a trade that nets us boogie who BTW looks super unhappy with the karl hiring and kings management (I feel a trade request coming very soon from him I think hes fed up and I don't blame him. The kings are turning into the old clippers, great talent but poor management and terrible ownership) I still feel our best chance at dragic is in the offseason. The only guys im interested in right now is reggie jackson or if available boogie. Also guys lets face it Dmo and Tjones will be hard to trade unless packaged, their salaries are just too low to bring back anything that they are worth.

There are a few issues I see with trading Dwight Howard....first, it sends a bad message to potential FAs that unless you're 100% healthy and an all-star, you could be traded a little more than a year after signing(Morey already has a bad reputation in the media viewing players as pieces, rather than people). Second, I'm guessing one of the deciding factors of Josh Smith signing here was Dwight Howard...I know that they are professionals, but that would be pretty messed up. Third, and maybe most importantly, do you really want to trade a Dwight Howard who's been on his best behavior since signing w the Rockets, for an angry, disgruntled, malcontent like Boogie, regardless of the on-court talent? Boogie is fun as Hell to watch, but I would not want that guy on my team...sorry. Watch him play an entire game...dude had the worst body language of any player in the league...upset w every call or non-call(when he thinks he's fouled)....amazing player, but he hasn't gotten it yet. He could destroy this team.

Your right in a sence it does send a bad message, but its still a business. Dwight is on the decline no matter if we want to admit it or not, boogie is unpredictable, but so was rasheed wallace, chris webber, monta ellis etc. etc. Before dwight came here he also was iffy. I didnt want him at first (although I grew to love him) because of all his whining in Orlando and LA. People have a tendency to grow up even pro athletes, Cousins is only 24 I think back when I was 24 and the immature things I did, it's kind of embarrasing. It's just my opinion but If we don't act soon we could be stuck with an amare situation where we have a guy who is impossible to trade with a huge contract. I hope he gets better but bad knees and feet are never good for a bigman. Especially for a guy who depends on his athleticism more than skill. With all that said its unlikely we trade Howard but the what ifs and what could be scare and excite me at the same time for both howard and boogie.

Monroe will NOT be traded. He has signed the QO and has to approve of every trade. IF he approves he loses his bird rights and so = less money and less years in his next contract. NY and LA are empty dumpsters who are both could throw him near max.

Secondly Wade won't be in ASW and he came outand said he wants Knight to replace him..
So I'm very sad to say that Knigth is even more probable to be named an All Star and unfortunately there is no chance to trade him after that. Bucks don't have an All Star for like 11 years( quite sad) and will be married to him after that and pay him 14+ mil per......

    Maybe a trade of
    Ariza to Chicago
Sac pick + MacDermott + NOP pick to Phoenix (+filler to match salaries)
    Dragic to Houston

is the most realistic imo. At least with two lottery picks plus a hyped rookie Phoenix will be open to listen to trades.
The rumour that Taj Gibson is shopped is false and has been refuted by insiders.

Phoenix won't trade dragic unless they are out of playoff picture. What do you guys think about reggie jackson for tjones? I'd absolutely hate to lose jones but as many might think our frontcourt needs something im more concerned about PG it helps both teams and salaries would work. We dont have to many more options left, unless morey gets extremely creative. Then we can cross our figers and hope amare gets bought out or waived and pick him up, maybe convince emeka okafor or o'neal to sign with us if not bring up capela hes no stud yet but I think hes ready for NBA (cant be worse than dorsey) Im not keen on salary cap issues but would we have enough money to sign jones and dmo? Especially if jones turns out the player most think he will. I think we could resign jackson cheaper than jones.

99% of us would trade Jones for Jackson. OKC wouldn't do it.

Why, becuse of harden trade? Or other reasons please explain im curious? They want a big badly and the truth is hes kinda hard to trade and get value back because of his salary. At least with jones they get a serviceable big.

That trade would already be done if OKC offered it or said yes.

Very valid point, but we know morey has a history of waiting foe something better(asik most recently). It could be OKC wanting more (NO pick)Maybe he's just not ready to give up on dragic trade quite yet. Jackson will be moved there is no doubt in my mind.

On another note I was starting to think lawson, but with his legal trouble (possibly alcholic) and contract I dont see him being a morey type guy. I'm really starting to think this is goimg to be our team for the playoffs unless something happens with jackson if we had to throw in th NO pick would you guys do it? I dont see anyone in the draft that excites me except jahlil okafor.

Anyone know of any guys that might possibly be waived or bought out besides kg or amare?

can afflalo come in to provide PG minutes?

with lawson, i'm wondering if there are red flags considering his arrest.

afflalo becomes a FA in 2016 and can create his own shot. he's shooting a career 39 percent from long distance.

7.5 mil isn't bad at all right?

Lol, as Chris Webber put it today, Phoenix are in a race that doesn't exist with Kevin Durant.

Isnt afflalo a 2 guard? I dont have much knowledge on him.

Lawsons arrests concern me, he has or has been charged with 2 dui's and im not sure how that works with them being in a diffetent state, but a third in TX is a felony and almost 99% of the time results in prison time. I would hate to see that, but if he has a problem with alchohal its just a matter of time before implodes. Alchohal has ruined alot of pro athletes carreers (see steve francis, eddie griffin, vin baker just to name a few). I dont know if he has a problem, or just ignorant.I just dont see him being on moreys radar for that reason there is no doubt he's talented. Why theese guys with money insist on driving inebriated is beyond my comprehension surely they have the money for a driver.

I for one think OKC will push out Phoenix, but try telling Phoenix that. I dont think they will bow out untill the preverbial fat lady sings, which probably wont be untill after the trade deadline...

Pass on Afflaol. Heard he is locker room cancer. He would be able to play alongside Harden though most likely.

Kinda wouldn't mind picking up OJ Mayo and seeing how he looks along side Harden.

Trade idea from a Suns board for Dragic:

Ariza, Jones, Capela, Cannan, and NJ

    for

    Goran, Zoran, and Green

We keep Moti and the NOP pick and you've got Green to help offset the Ariza loss.

While I enjoy Green and his awesome dunks, he isn't the player that Ariza is(never thought that I would write those words)....he has some offensive skill, but he's a jumper and a high energy guy---nothing wrong with that. He could be great on the breaks, but the defense and three point shooting of Ariza would be missed. There's a reason why the PHX fans like that trade....if I had to pull the trigger on it, I probably would...only bc we're so desperate for a PG...and Dragic is perfect for this team. We'll see.
