After that unbelievable choke job by the Blazers against the Mavs and the Rockets having the day off yesterday, I expect Houston to win this if not convincingly.

    No excuses.

    Don't worry. I'm sure McHale won't get T'd up.

As for the game itself, it's the biggest one of the season(thus far). There are major home court advantage implications tonight. Win and you hand the Blazers their 18th loss and clinch the season series(yes, these teams only play 3 times with 2 of them in Toyota Center). That effectively puts Portland 4 back in the loss column.

The Blazers may be PO'd about their choke in Dallas, but they also have to play the Rockets less than 24 hours later and will be winded. We need to run them out of the building.

We're gonna lose this one. :(

Blazers are gonna be riled up, and I think with Lopez back, we're going to get killed on the rebounding.

    Blazers win 119-105

Blazers gassed from late OT, lets put them in their graves. I will forever hate Lillard after the comments he made after we blew them out last game.

Just great, we get the Blazers team that let Dallas come back on them, they will be trying to prove something

No doubt the Blazers will be motivated after last night, but the Rockets should be perpetually motivated against these guys. I almost wish this was an earlier game. Ready to get this show on the road.

Vs Portland Harden is averaging 32.8 on 52.5 percent shooting, including 48.3 from 3-point range, over his last eight regular-season matchups

Matthews has him figured out for sure.

We were coming off 2 losses when we beat them so he said we looked like a desperate team coming off 2 losses looking for a win. Backhanded compliment.

    It really is strange.

In the playoffs Harden couldn't get anything going against them.

Lillard just named replacement for Griffin as an All-Star. He'll come out fired up.

I was hoping Blazers would win last night. They're going to come out strong against us. I see this as a loss.

This will be a war. Forget about last night. If anything, it will give them incentive. Could go either way. Who is going to stop their bigs, especially Aldridge? And Beverly has become largely useless. Lillard will eat him alive. There is reason for serious concern.

That we were a desperate team and that's why we played so well IIRC...

Everybody needs to step up in this game. Knock down open shots and it's an easy W
