Miami is bad coz they got MacBob injured, Wade misses 1/3 of the games they have the worst guard rotation in the league and before they found Whiteside also very crap bigs. Basically their team is Bosh ,injured Wade, injured Deng and crap. Gonna get swept in the first round.

I agree. That shouldn't REALLY be a turn over when Norris Cole just wanted a proper inbounds. They unfortunately counted the ball coming to Cole as the beginning of the inbounds when he was just trying to speed up the process/be nice by giving the ball to Whiteside. Kind of bull****

It's a turnover because you are bringing the ball in and then throwing it out of bounds. It's a turnover for the same reason it's always a turnover when you throw the ball out of bounds.

Cole inbounds the ball to Whiteside nd steps into the court.
Whiteside passes the ball to Cole. Congrats, the ball is now in play and in the hands of the PG.
Cole then tells Whiteside to step out of bounds. Uh oh....
Cole throws the ball to the now out of bounds player. Turnover.

It shouldn't be a TO because Cole shouldn't pass it out of bounds again.... nothing much the official can do except call the out of bounds. What else can they do???
