Yep, they went well. These charities really need all the help they can get. It's a lot of work they do. I know the Catholic charity was contacting Roc Paint to do more events
I too kept seeing these threads pop up and wanted to get involved with it, but "life' always got in the way or I would say "OK, next month". It's too bad and I regret I missed out with you guys. But maybe one of us can pick up the torch and keep this thing going. Heck, I can do it if need be. Never organized charity work before but I think I can figure it out. LOL! So let's print up some t-shirts (you guys have t-shirts? Ha!) and let's get out there and help some people.
Really sad to hear about this man. You guys did a great thing and helped a lot of folks in need. Not only that, you were enthusiastic and motivated about getting others involved. That takes a special kind of person and it is always disheartening to see someone like you step down. Roc Paint, Roc Rouge, Mr. Clutch and all other involved, thank you!
Echo what others said. I never actually attended an event, but I am sure it was spectacular. I had joined the group on here for future endeavors. However, if you are doing other charity event, there is not a reason why to not contact us (and I).
i was really looking forward to being involved with it this year.. please do not hesitate to contact us if you do need volunteers.
I appreciate everyone's support on this matter. I just need to step back for a few months at this time. I guess I never should have put RIP in the title. Clutch Community will always be my baby. I just need to do some much needed soul searching for now, and see what transpires in the future. The way I see it...if it was meant to be then Clutch Community will rise again! Yours Truly, -Roc Paint
I didn't want to post yesterday because I felt that you were talking from frustration and not what was truly in your heart! It's obvious that you have a passion for helping and serving others, which in my book makes you a cut above the rest! Most of us don't/won't help others because we don't see it as worthwhile, UNTIL, we ourselves need help! Am I my brothers keeper? That question sounds better when it becomes a statement and read in reverse, "My brother is my keeper"!... You haven't thrown in the towel! You're only sitting down in between rounds! John Paul Jones: When asked if he surrendered, Jones replied.... "I have not yet begun to fight"! I can see us serving together in the future my friend!... ....... ....... .......
That's really none of your flipping business QueenCheetah. Why don't you just stick to posting your pictures.
Good luck in your future endeavors Roc Paint. Hoping to meet you coincidentally in one of your future events or perhaps even a strip joint
I think he's saying the trolls were the reason clutch community shut down, meaning fewer people volunteering and fewer poor people being helped.
I have no dog in this fight, but I'll say this. He doesn't owe anyone an explanation. He did a good thing, he has his reasons for taking a break. I don't understand why he is being called out.
