I should have used the word "amazing" instead of "best."

That just made me realize that If I need to place blame on any one person, it should be Russell Wilson. Not even Darrell Bevell.

If Bevell called the play and Russ decided to run it w/o telling Bevell "eff that BS, we have Marshawn, they've barely kept him in check all game, let's just run him on 2nd down" then Russ gets the blame in my book.
If Bevell called a run play that Russ audibled out of then Russ gets the blame for that.
Either way not a good look.

Funny seeing people overreact by saying that the reason the Seahawks lost was because of this terrible play call. Fact is they lost because Wilson forced a pass in a situation where you could have thrown it away if need be because it was a 2nd down with 25s left plus timeout. Great play by a rookie anticipating the play.

My point is that even tho the play call was bad, it was not the reason why they lost. The reason why they lost was because Wilson forced it in a situation where you simply don´t.

Plus apparently Lynch is 1 and 5 on the 1 yard line for a TD this season.
And I am not a Wilson hater/doubter, pay the man if there is someone willing to do so.

The bolded part doesn't make sense. He would get the blame for obeying his coach?

I still can't get over the final sequences of the game. Such a crazy series of events.

I think that decision to pass by the Seahawks will go down as the worst play call in NFL history.

That's just it - it was the play coming out of the timeout. Also, it wasn't like Wilson exactly had time to assess the situation, such as on a deep ball throw; it was a slant pass that had to be completed in about a second.

Man I hope if the Texans ever reach the Super Bowl, we win in blow out fashion. My heart would not be able to handle a close Super Bowl.

That's a good point. Wilson does deserve some blame, as either way he should not have made that throw in that situation. Having said that, he shares that blame with the coaching staff that called it.

Lol Wilson didn't force that throw, coming out of the play it looked like Lockette was wide open but Butler made a good break on it.

You act like Wilson forced the throw into double coverage. So yes the play call is more of a reason they lost than Wilson so called "forcing" the trow.

Anyone who thinks Wilson forced the throw just go find the pic of what it looked like before he threw the damn ball

Seattle was one Beast Mode run from a back to back.

Props to NE and Tom Brady, they were clutch in crunch time.

Well on the last play Pete Carroll says that the Seahawks threw the ball because the Pats had their goal line defense in the game.

Then Revis (unaware of what Carroll said), said that the Patriots bluffed their goal line defense but went with three corners.

Bellichick fooled the Seahawks on the final play... and he even alluded to it when he said the Seahawks do many things in goal line formation depending on the circumstances.

Not Wilson's fault but the Pats secondary was stacked on that play. Steve Young said Wilson shouldn't have thrown the pass but just a bang bang play that happened in a split second with 20 seconds left in the Super Bowl.

Which is why they should have ran it.

The problem is that he telegraphed the pass. As soon as Baldwin picked his CB and Wilson turned his body it was expected.

Not sure why you think that helps your case, you have to defenders approaching one defender and another covered player being pushed towards the receivers route.

I can't find fault with Wilson under the circumstances but that isn't a guaranteed reception being set up either.

Damn, he does look like an easy target in that view. What a freaking play by the rookie.
