if it was wilson who audibled, no true coach would throw him under the bus. a free agent lynch once he signs with a new team could shed light if he ever talked.

    Sorry NFC. :p

    Lions were saying 'What if!?'
    Cowboys were saying 'What if!?'
    Packers were saying 'What if!?'
    Seahawks left saying 'What if!?'

The reporter dude interviewing different members of the Pats during the trophy presentation said "...Wilson's call to throw the football on that play" or some variant of that.

DangeRuss about to get shat on by Twitter.

'We went to 3 WRs, they were in goal line.'

'Didn't want to run against their goal line group. Would have done it on 3rd or 4th down, with no time left. Didn't work out that way.'

    'My fault totally'

How would the Pats know? How would the reporter know?

Pete Carroll just took credit for the call. Said it was because they had 3 WRs lined up against the Pats goal line D.

Pretty much publicly stating he has no confidence in Marshawn Lynch's running ability on a 2nd and 1.

    Marshawn is gone.

Carroll can flip his words around and justify all he wants, but in that situation you run first.

I don't think this loss is on Wilson at all -- Butler just made an incredible play. Russell Wilson put his team in a position to win and played quite well tonight. Sometimes the other player just makes a play.

The loss is on whoever decided not to run the ball on the one yard line with a timeout left.

Lynch probably would have gotten stuffed since the Seahawks had their spread offense in the game against the Pats run D.

The error was NOT being prepared to run the ball on 2nd and goal from the 1.

It was an outstanding play but it never happened if they ran the ball.

Agree but Butler made an incredible play. He knew exactly what was coming and he jumped the route. The thing about that pass is that even if the receiver had caught it I don't think he would have scored. How do you throw a half yard pass on the one yard line? That's just dumb.

If that was megatron or edleman or welker they take the ball from butler instead of falling down.
