Great episode, I still feel like they spell things out for the audience a little too much (the flashback explaining everything) but I'm trying to just accept that and enjoy it anyway. I missed the preview for next week, how did it look?
last two episodes were pretty strong. Spoiler fish and butch's hiatus will hurt this show imo. enjoyed the hell out of fish's cold, blank stares.
It's "good" in an over the top, hokey way. Think: Criminal Minds. Objectively bad show, but I'll be damned if I don't sometimes find myself watching a couple episodes in a row.
It's gotten a lot better I think. Yea it's over the top but cmon its based on a comic. Penguin really carries this show.
Do not worry i complain also about the other shows especially all the reality shows. I really was surprised this show is not cancelled
It is a big bucket of MEH Nothing Special . . . . Still not completely into it BUT - it is ok when there is nothing else to watch If the Rumored CANON altering Event happens in DC This show could et REALLY interesting very soon Rocket River
Morena Baccarin, Sean Pertwee and Donal Logue. At least when these people are on screen the show is bearable.
Agreed. Unlike Agents of SHEILD, Gotham had just enough to keep me watching. The show has improved over time. Maybe next season it becomes good.
Solid season, same issues kind of plagued it throughout, beating you over the head with forshadowing, but it was pretty enjoyable. Glad Pinkett is gone....
I'm excited to see what happens with Nygma next season. He has the potential to be really interesting. I wish they would go away from the "villain of the week" format but I know that won't happen.
Came in here to ask if the season had gotten better. I saw the first two episodes and I thought the writing (dialogue mostly) was awful. Also, Jada Pinkett's acting was equally terrible. Seeing that she's now out of the picture is a plus, but I'd like some assurance that the writing has improved before I start watching again. Thoughts?
Dialogue got slightly better but it's still pretty hammy from time to time. Pinkett's acting was pretty bad, never cared for her character. That' being said she did take a bit of a backseat about halfway through the season and the remaining character were a bit more interesting.
Is fish really gone?? She got thrown into the ocean and no body. I'm guessing she comes back at some point. However, the previous 2 episodes without her were much better.
