    IMO Harden has been the MVP of the team thus far. Would be a bummer to lose him.

    I really hope it's a bruise...bc Bev had a torn meniscus and was walking around fine..

    he's gotta have an MRI.

    James is a tough cookie. Probably a bruised knee, sit him out a game or limit his minutes. Next game is the Celtics, anyway.

    He'll be fine .. but imagine playing a few games without him .. would like to see who steps up. McHale owes all of his contract to the guy.

    He kept grabbing at it, especially at the end on that inbounds play. I normally don't see that when players just bang knees.

    Didn't Dwight bump knees early in the season? It CAN be that bad. But hopefully for once the Rockets don't get screwed by the injury bug.

    If Harden's injury is just a bruise, I'm going to buy a round of shots for random ppl in Austin this weekend. Something tells me I'm scared about this one. :(

    Harden being interviewed in the locker room and no one even asked about his knee. I hope that's a good omen.

    He couldn't play anymore after those FT's. We'll know tomorrow, because doctors usually wait at least a day after the injury to do an MRI (allows some of the dead tissue to clear up).

    Meanwhile, it wouldn't be terrible for this squad to play a couple of easier games without Harden and Howard. Learn how to do something other than ill-advised 3's. Maybe PASS THE BALL AROUND quickly once in a while rather than take contested 3's. I really feel it would help some of the guys get into the groove of passing better, cutting better and take some less risky drives to the basket. Oh and feed D-Mo.
