No... just what the rest of us know -- that the Rockets are interested in Dragic.

That we'd likely pursue Gogi in FA? Breaking news.

If you want Dragic in a Rockets uniform, you need to to hope the Suns go on a long losing streak. With the inconsistent play of OKC and NO, the Suns have to think they have a shot holding onto that #8 seed.

Still upset we let Dragic go over a player option we are now apparently ok with signing, very short sighted, IMO

Let me just amen that. But wait, we got Lin, and signed him to a "bizillion" dollar contract. :roll eyes: Morey wheeled and dealed himself right into a corner. JVG made a not so "veiled" comment Sunday about how the "analytic" guys overlook the importance of "chemistry." That's the team's problem right now.

Wasn't Lin more of a "Les" move?

Actually your opinion is very short sighted on that. Tying up cap space while we were rebuilding on "above average" but not "center piece" type talent would have been short sighted.

Now that our center piece talent is here, being okay with a player option for complimentary pieces is fine. I'm sure if Morey was clairvoyant and knew he would nab Harden in a couple of months he would have kept Dragic.

I don't see how anyone can fail to understand that distinction and then talk about short sightedness.

Sure It's A Bit of Hindsight is always 20/20, but dragic was more proven and a known quantity, a safer bet to play at or above the contract worth of ~8 mil per year. Even without the poison pill year, Jeremy would not be worth his cap hit. Dragic over lin was a mistake and not even popular at the time.

Lakers used to practice in Hawaii all the time in the 80's & 90's. Not sure why Feigen making a big deal about this.
