Scout Rifle and that sick ass blue shader. Just happy I beat that guy, amazing strategy with the team I was with. Stand middle, Kill Sword. Guy grab sword, Titan with bubble stand on bridge and get boomers to shoot his shield while he stands in it. Run into Ogres room for spawn and kill him and the other ogre and repeat. Works amazing in hard mode.
Yup that's the way to go.. Also beat it with no bubble but someone staggering the boomers not killing them though. Everything else same
I've got the Husk, but only had a chance to level it up a little bit. Hard part is getting the Embalming Orb to move it up to the next level, you need to either be level 3 with Eris or somehow get another Husk and break it down. Actually hadn't played in a long time before yesterday. Did a Vault run on Normal with my level 29 Warlock and got a Gloves of the Hezen Lords (broken down since I got higher stuff), Praedyth's Revenge, and Atheon's Epilogue. I was impressed to say the least.
I got it randomly. I think you're supposed to get it during a mission, but I got it from one of the Sword of Crota's randomly doing patrol on Earth. And yeah getting to rank 3 is a b****
It's okay... You have to get 500 hive kills to make it into the legendary version of it. Then level up the legendary version for the exotic one. 500 hive kills + Orb sold by Eris = Legendary Leveling up + Orb dropped from HM Crota = Exotic. I'm not a fan of High ROF and low impact guns, it's good however.
I have 3 Husks, but I read that you only get glimmer if you dismantle it. So you're saying I can dismantle one and get the Embalming Orb? I'm going to try it during lunch, rep coming if it works. Also, rox1 and eightdoobies, I wish I could have done a raid with yall on Saturday, but I had a very long night stuck at the airport and slept all afternoon. Let me know what day and time is good for yall and I'll be down for sure. Edit- for those who haven't gotten the Husk, I got 2 from the Blade of Crota guy in the Mothyards on Earth. There's 2 or 3 areas where they spawn, both were the ones to the right side of the Mothyards, in a cave below another cave where there's always a captain and a dreg. If you've done the patrol mission where you scan the cave on the right side (have to use the plane wing to jump up there), it's the cave right below it. The 3rd one came from the Moon. Some guy was fighting him and got killed with the Crota guy at the end of his life as well. I went up and melee'd him once, killed him, and got my 3rd Husk lol.
Ya, I've killed those dudes lots of times and can never get that thing to drop. Don't worry about Saturday though nobody msg me or anything. I did it with my clan and during the Atheon fight, Cranberry joined ( was 5 of us at the time.) He didn't fire a single shot as he was dead and got the Vex Mytho lmao. You're welcome Cranberyyyyyyyy
I've never met Cranberry_Juice, but man am I super jelly right now. I'd love to have the Vex or Hawkmoon lol. I saw some dudes doing the Crota raid yesterday with 4 people, so I debated joining for a few minutes, but then decided to join, hoping they were at the end so I can pull a Cranberry_Juice lol. They were at the beginning still, and I ruined everything in the 2nd part, so I left the team. Not my greatest moment.
I'll be honest, I went to the description page of the Husk and hovered over the "Materials" tab and the Embalming Orb showed up. I thought that meant that that's what you got if you dismantled it, but maybe that's what it took to modify it. I take no responsibility for my semi-educated WAG. Out of spite, really? Why man lol. Oh and I remember now the other guy that was dead the second time we ran it is the one that got the Vex Mytho lol. Deathsingers are the witches after the bridge.. I guess it would be the 3rd part of that raid.
