The best thing for Lin is for him to get cut. Maybe the Sixers will pick him up for a one year rental. I imagine Lin is finally going to grow some balls and demand a trade or to be waived.
guys who haven't played for 40 games this season became starters- this gotta be a joke. obvious tank.
what about all the LOFs who bought tickets just to see Lin in San Antonio? what are they going to do now? eat some churros?
Scott is just tossing and turning everything. Pretty much playing all 3rd stringers now From Lin to Price to Clarkson From Boozer to ed davis now to jordan hill/sacre Wes Johnson lost his job for no reason to ryan kelly!
If Ryan Kelly is to have a future in the NBA, it will be as a PF who can shoot, not as a SF. But Byron Scott doesn't believe in 3 pointers, let along 3 pointers shot by big guys. Nothing the Lakers do surprise me now. After the passing of team owner Kobe Bryant, the world is essentially meaningless to Byron Scott and the entire organization. Would't even surprise me if they just stop traveling to road games for the rest of the season and just forfeit them and save the traveling cost.
In a couple years maybe. In the meantime, he has a future with the Lakers and Lin doesn't. Might as well get him some experience.
Jeremy Lin. The Lakers. <iframe width="420" height="315" src="//www.youtube.com/embed/h-9vPIsE7yQ" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
Lin: This system is not a good fit for me. Scott: Lin didn't have the PG instinct. Lin: Playing faster is good for us. Scott: Lin is inconsistent. Lin: I would like to take the final shot. Scott: Lin is soft. Lin: He can has his own opinions. Scott: Clarkson has a lot of potentials. BS hates Lin til death.
> Kobe slaps the **** out of Lin. > Lin turns the other cheek. > Byron Scott slaps the **** out of the other cheek. Rinse and repeat.
I hope Byron at least lets Lin play in garbage time. At least get me something other than a zero box score for my fantasy team.
