I guess what you said makes sense. If you want to say you know someone then you know someone. It seems like most of the time when people say that they are not hiding a source. It's either from a message board, paid service etc. I think people don't share their public sources because it sounds cooler.
Mack is a genius troller. He's probably going to announce on signing day that he's going to play tennis. I want to get excited but I got way ahead of myself when Mack first decommited from A&M after the jefferson commit. It does look great that Murray and Lodge guys are at UT together and tweeting pics of their possible future jerseys. Also cool to see Devonaire Clarington call Murray his future QB but that guy is pretty ridiculous. At least good to know we're making things interesting.

What makes you think that? He's only been a head coach for a few years, during which he happened to have a superstar pro-style pocket QB. He's a defensive guy, so he may not have a particular offensive system that he's tied to.

They are running out of scholorships. Boyd seems like a Texas heavy but he visited A&M. Holton Hill is in the mix and there is also Ryan Newsome announcing today but I think he's going to UCLA.
UT is also going after an athlete/QB commit from FSU. Harbaugh really sent them scrambling in a panic, lulz.
