Blazers are about as vulnerable as the Rockets. They are too dependent on one player. Damian is good but without Aldridge they aren't winning many games.
Sucks to be the Nets: <blockquote class="twitter-tweet" lang="en"><p>This paragraph in <a href="https://twitter.com/hashtag/nbafrontoffice?src=hash">#nbafrontoffice</a> by <a href="https://twitter.com/chadfordinsider">@chadfordinsider</a> is one of the most amazing ever written and it is TRUE <a href="http://t.co/8ifHgzQgU6">pic.twitter.com/8ifHgzQgU6</a></p>— David Locke (@Lockedonsports) <a href="https://twitter.com/Lockedonsports/status/558348889141817344">January 22, 2015</a></blockquote> <script async src="//platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script>
Blazers have also played 4 more home games than road games(we've played 1 more home game than road) and 3 fewer games against the West than us. In theory, the Rockets should be able to catch Portland and move ahead of them in the standings IF(and it's a HUGE if) they play well. Same goes for the Clippers who are about to catch us in the standings tonight after they're done smoking the Nets at home. They'll have played 9 more home games than road games and 5 fewer than us against the West. Despite the Rockets' horrible recent play, home court advantage in Round 1 is still within their grasp.
The funniest part about that paragraph is the fact that once you read it you realize Billy King somehow hasn't been fired as GM.

I don't know if the league risks being called homophobic by fining him. I thought it was funny, although completely inappropriate and bizarre.
