That can cost them HCA. We will see how Lillard responds.

If it's the left hand then he should still be able to practice shooting with his right hand, no?

This is a huge blow to Portland. I could see Portland taking a huge nose dive in the next couple of months. It wouldn't surprise me to see the Blazers fighting for the last playoff spot with the Thunder, the Rockets, and the Suns.

They probably need it more than any other team, too.

Lol if the 8-7-6 seeds in the west are OKC Portlnd SA... Although I guess either Portland or SA will have to be the 4.

    Stupid strong west.

They were going to lose homecourt anyway with their schedule toughening up. Now they might lose the division.

The Rockets?? Ok, I've seen all the chicken-littles out there, but to imply that they won't MAKE the playoffs is taking it way overboard. This team is freaking 29-14, with a 10-6 record against contenders not named the Warriors. There is no evidence to suggest that we'll be fighting for the 8th seed.

He's putting of surgery to play.

Seems like a bad idea for him and for the team. If I were a Portland fan I'd much rather he get that taken care of now and get ready for the playoffs.

So how long is he delaying it? Is it a wait until the end of the season kind of thing? Or is it a test run thing?

Doesn't sound smart, but if he's cleared to play, then I guess he's cleared to play. Up to him.

I like it... I'd much rather face a gimpy LA come playoff time than a healthy one. Plus he'd be one hard foul away from getting knocked out of a game.

If we can just somehow share the #2/#3 slots with the Blazers, then we'd be set up to get some revenge in the 2nd round.

Are there any risks of injuring it even worse? If not, I guess he may as well keep playing provided it doesn't impact his shooting or rebounding. But it seems like an unnecessary gamble.
