has anyone pointed out how awful our screens are ? watching this GSW game clarifies it even more, but it's been an issue all year. Their wings (not just curry) get free with every pick causing a bad switch or an open run to the hoop. our picks get NO ONE free. it's like the guy setting the pick tries to slip and roll to the basket every single time. i'll watch a defender follow Harden through 3 picks from baseline to baseline and none of them free him up. seriously. this is BBall 101 *****. it would completely change the game if we could just master this
Our records tells the story. Dominating weaker teams, getting dominated by strong teams. 0-4 against GS and an inability to me adjustments / game plan is cause for being fired alone. But no, Les doesn't really care about contending. He's gonna keep the feel good players coach and give us a "fighting" chance to make the 2nd. Only to get dismantled when we do. I've been consistent with Mchale even when we win because our style of play is HOAX! We shoot 40% 3's which is easily #1 in the league 2nd place is clippers at 31%! Mchale is too scary to tell Dwight he will NEVER EVER be a good post up player. That ship has sailed it's time to STOP GIVING HIM THE DAMN BALL!
It's Occams Razor. We can make all the excuses we want. Include all the stats we want. It's simple. The team isn't disciplined. It's been an underlying problem over the past three years. We just roll the ball out there and play. It works against 90% of the league. It falls apart against the best teams.
McHale has no chance with Dwight on the team. We've seen that the team plays better without Dwight. Morey screwed up big time. Laker and Magic fans are laughing their asses off.
Im not placing not 1 single blame on Dwight. Not until we get a real coach. He's not being used properly, I mean who is?
If we could trade lopez for dwight I would do it. They're both soft but at least lopez can score consistently
