What the bloody hell are you rambling about? We let Parsons into free agency a year earlier than we had to so we could do him the favor of going out and setting his worth. HE'S the one who went running to Cuban, and got himself that poisonous contract that no team in their right mind would have matched. Oh, I'm keenly aware of the topic and Morey's desire/intention to match whatever offer Parsons got, only to get cold feet after he couldn't see two steps ahead and realize that a team in their division had money to spend to overpay a guy like Parsons. Even then, the guy was STILL going to match Parsons' offer, but ultimately didn't have the chops to sign Bosh. No....that didn't happen. Morey was just showing his benevolence. "Be free, Mr. Parsons. its been seen what portland can do as far as harden, and so far harden has had his some pretty bad games against lac and gsw this season. so to say they have zero chance of guarding harden isn't very accurate.
